Here are the answers to all further treatment questions. Medical records will be automatically securely transferred to Roper St. Francis Healthcare unless you direct otherwise with a specific physician/facility. We would NEVER recommend our patients to anyone that we didn’t feel completely confident in.

Please continue to give our staff grace as we all navigate this change and do our best to show up and give our patients exceptional care until the very end.

Upon request, medical records will be printed and awaiting your pickup. Once the formal request is made, records will be ready in 3-5 business days and you will be alerted once they are ready! 💗

Thank you all for love and support we received after the announcement was made. We do want to reiterate a few things!

1. As a reminder, our office is closed on Mondays and non urgent messages are typically not returned! If you have questions about imaging, appointments, or further questions about records please give us a call during normal business hours!

2. For questions about scheduling in Greenville, we encourage you to call the number listed in the announcement for further assistance.

We are actively working on finding a
Facility for all of our charleston patients charts. We do not have that answer at this moment but be on the lookout for a further announcement!
