OPPOSITE GAME: Part II -
Today… I finally arrived at the junction where REALITY met me with RELIEF.

Today, I could listen
without the urge to fix.
For years, I tried to be a partner
and kept finding myself
alone at the table.

I own that I stayed longer than I should have.
(Ta**us loyal.)
And loyalty without reciprocity
teaches excruciatingly hard lessons.

When your nervous system settles
after you leave,
that’s not coldness—
that’s REGULATION.

Pain doesn’t always mean loss.
Sometimes it’s the body releasing
chronic emotional strain.

I didn’t leave because I stopped caring.
I left because my body
stopped consenting.

This wasn’t avoidance.
This was BOUNDARY INTEGRATION.

Yes, there’s still pain in my chest.
Because grief and safety
can coexist.

I wish you well—
from a distance that protects my peace.

Clinically speaking…

Part III: If you viewed my posts yesterday, you’ll see in realtime, the Emotional Minimalization, & Narrative Inversion, Defensive Retraction, and Gender-Based Deflection and Projected Accountability… The very unsafe dynamic women are exhausted from.
The moment we name a pattern, the conversation becomes deflection, debate, and redefining the terms to make women the problem.

If we can’t be safe naming our experience with our men,
where exactly are we supposed to be safe?

This isn’t about attacking anyone.
This is about calling attention to a very real, very common emotional cycle:
• We name the harm
• The harm gets minimized
• The focus shifts back to women
• Accountability becomes an argument
• And suddenly we’re the ones “manipulating”

Women are not crazy. We’re not confused. We’re not fragile.
We’re tired of emotional responsibility being treated like a character flaw.

So let me ground this for the people in the back:

Emotional safety is not optional📢
Communication is not gendered📢
And shutting down is not leadership📢

We can absolutely heal together —
but only if we stop pretending that accountability is an attack📢😘

This conversation can continue.
I’m still here.
But it’s going to continue with clarity, honesty, and respect…
not with distraction tactics.

Because what we’re not doing in 2026
is letting old patterns dress up as “reality.”

I Said, What I Said.

Part I: Men, I’m going to hold your hand when I say this:
Black women are carrying a level of emotional, psychological, and systemic weight that the world rarely acknowledges.

We fight all day — at work, at home, in public — and then come home and absorb the emotional fallout of men who are exhausted, unheard, and dysregulated.

This isn’t about blame.
It’s about burnout, unprocessed trauma, and nowhere safe to land.

Sometimes we don’t need to be strong.
We need to be held too.

I’m holding your hand when I say this:
STOP calling people “strong” when they’re asking for a safe space to fall apart.

In clinical terms, that’s emotional bypassing.
They’re not seeking praise — they’re seeking psychological safety, co-regulation, and permission to be human.

Stop applauding resilience when someone is dysregulated.
That’s not support. That’s pressure.
