Sore from wrapping presents, playing sports or sitting in the bleachers??? Come in Saturday 9-11am, no charge and no appointment necessary! Use our recovery tools including NormaTec compression, Game Ready cryotherapy or try out our new Hyperice contrast therapy. There will also be a physical therapist avialable to answer any questions and help screen any injuries.

Thank you Chelmsford High School Hockey for having us in to speak during parents' night this week. We were able to share information on injury prevention and recovery to help keep their athletes on the ice and performing their best.
