She was chosen for her genuine kindness and friendly demeanor.

One thing she loves about living at The Barclay is the people—the staff and neighbors.

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be to be friendly to everyone!

Fun fact: She was born in VA and is the oldest of five girls. She also skated on a frozen pool!

For our November , we would like to recognize Shanon! She has been with The Barclay for 6 months and has become a vital part of our community!

Shanon is one of our Servers here at The Barclay. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. Her positive attitude and willingness to help both residents and coworkers have made her an invaluable part of our team.

Her favorite part about working at The Barclay is the residents, who make her job so meaningful.

Fun Fact: She loves movies. If it’s on screen, she will be there with popcorn in hand!
