For our March , we would like to recognize Ainsley! She has been with The Barclay for three months and has become a vital part of our community!

Ainsley is one of our Servers here at The Barclay. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. She has already proven to be a dependable and valuable member of our Dining Staff, always stepping in to support the team whenever needed. Her positive attitude makes an impact every day.

Her favorite part about working at The Barclay is being part of the Dining Staff and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone.

Fun Fact: Ainsley is wonderfully creative, shares her home with three cats, enjoys doing her own nails with impressive skill, has compassion in everything she does, and admits to having a bit of an addiction to scrolling through Instagram reels.

For our February , we’d like you to meet Arlene!

She has only lived at The Barclay for two months and was chosen for her friendly demeanor and beautiful smile.

One thing she loves about living at The Barclay is the residents and the variety of activities available.

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be to “Try to be nice to everyone and be willing to let go of the little things that may bother you.”

Fun fact: Arlene was taught to ice skate by her husband!
