We hear from a lot of people that they're apprehensive about starting music therapy because they think they'll have to perform or do other things they're not comfortable with. That is simply not true!

A music therapy session CAN include 🎧listening to music, 📃lyric analysis/discussion, 🎤singing, 🪘playing instruments, 💃movement to music, ⚽music based games, ✍️songwriting, 🧘‍♀️coping skill practice, and even just 💬talking.

Your therapist will design your sessions based on *your* needs and comfort level. No music experience needed. 🎶
