"I was a MICU nurse.
Highly trained. Evidence-driven. Skeptical by nature.

I believed essential oils were nice smells—nothing more.
Certainly not medicinal. Certainly not something I would ever rely on.

Until I ran out of options.

My daughter was having severe respiratory attacks.
We reached the point where doctors were discussing a permanent trach—not because it was ideal, but because her quality of life was at risk.

Neuropathy Support Wellness Protocol

Using dōTERRA Essential Oils & Supplements

This protocol is designed to offer natural, supportive options using dōTERRA essential oils and supplements to help support nerve comfort, circulation, inflammation response, and emotional well-being commonly associated with neuropathy.

To improve hearing loss: helichrysum and frankincense with fco in a roller bottle. Apply behind Both ears 4 times a day.

For blocked ear: on a cotton ball apply a drop of tea tree, basil, and lavender and keep it in there for 30 minutes to an hour.

I just went through this weird bug. It was mild for me thank God.

1. It started with a headache that lasted for 3 days.
My trustee headache roller was used constantly and certainly eased the pain but it would re-emerge.
FOR 3 DAYS

2. Serious exhaustion

3. A mild sore throat- got rid of that easily enough with a shot of water and 2 drops each of :
Frankincense
Lemon
On Guard
Oregano
Tea Tree
(FLOOT for short)

4. No appetite.

5. Blocked ear -cut a cotton ball into a 3rd and applied a drop each of tea tree, BASIL, and lavender.
It worked super fast.
Ear was popping the next day and I applied the cotton ball again.

I took all my vitamins and actively persued recovery.
This is hard to do when you feel like a train wreck.
