Any judgements or projections of judgements towards you that are negative and based in fear.
Limiting beliefs. Anger. Fear.

Let It Go.
If it doesn't lift you to your highest potential and if it pulls you down... Discard it.

In a cup of Epson salt or dead sea salt add
a tablespoon of castor oil with
Black Spruce 3 drops
Wild Orange 3 drops
Console 3 drops

Mix well and dump in the bath tub.
Soak for 20 minutes saying out loud some good affirmations.

Julies ¨AHAAAA¨ moment!

Welcome all!

My name is Julia, I am a Registered Nurse, and this is the story of my ‘ahaa’ moment. My friend who is also a nurse shared her oils with me and I purchased a starter kit with the hope of helping my daughter’s seizures subside. It arrived in the mail and sat on my kitchen table unopened for 2 weeks. Then something happened. I got sick. Really sick. Respiratory infection. I am no stranger to this, happens twice a year since I was in my 20s . I did not know anything about the oils, but remember my sister telling me that Oregano is a natural antibiotic. At my daughter’s urging I opened the kit and I shook about 10 drops of Oregano EO into my mouth. My son almost called 911. (NEVER use Oregano EO without dilluting). Once I was able to breathe again I fell into bed and told my kids, ¨I’m going to bed. I’m sick¨.

The next morning I awoke at 4:30 am, first day at my new job as a hospice nurse. Guess what? I was not sick. NO CONGESTION. NO COUGH. NO WEAKNESS. Holy sh!$!! No Z-pak! I froze in my bedroom. I also felt a tremendous weight lift off of me. What is this, I wondered. It’s empowerment. For the first time in my life I felt empowered.

And another thing....my daughter’s seizures. Not one since we began our oil journey. She is not on any medications. Medications are wonderful, don’t get me wrong. But when we can bypass them, save money and forgo side effects? Well, this is even better. THIS IS SUCCESS. This is why I am passionate about doTERRA
