Carol recently joined the team a month and a half ago, having previously worked at another DePaul senior living community. She most enjoys connecting with residents on a personal level and helping them see just how important they are. Carol pursued a career in senior care inspired by the strong influence of her grandparents and great aunts and uncles.

Her favorite moments are the simple ones: any time she makes a resident smile! Outside of work, Carol enjoys reading, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Amory has been at Westwood Commons since 2021 and has also served as a part time receptionist. Amory most enjoys getting to know residents with laughing, joking, and sharing moments that brighten their day. Her time at Westwood has also taught her that everyone ages differently and on their own timeline.

One of her favorite memories is a day when staff and residents made tie dye shirts together and wore them as a group. Amory enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking, and relaxing with her favorite shows.
