This is a monthly reoccurring support group held on the first Saturday of every month from 10-12.

Wildflowers Early Learning Center is located at 65 Seavey St, North Conway, NH.

We encourage families to bring children of all ages to participate in activities that are both fun and supportive of healthy development.

Valley Woods Lactation, Triple Moon Goddess Doula, and Wildflowers Early Learning Center are collaborating to offer a new parent support / kiddo play group to the community!

Cost: $150 or free for Doula Clients

Join Savannah and Renée for a birth preparation and education class for expecting parents!

Savannah is a local Full Spectrum Doula who offers an in depth class covering the ins-and-outs of home or hospital birth.

Renée is a local Massage Therapist and retired Doula, who will be sharing safe and effective massage techniques to support your partner throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

This class empowers parents with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate a successful physiological home or hospital birth, helping them feel prepared and confident in making informed decisions that prioritize the well-being of both mother and baby.

The role of the dad/partner during labor and birth is vital, which is why this class is designed to prepare you for what to expect and teach you how to actively support pain management through the use of touch.

Vaginal tearing is sometimes a natural part of the birthing process, but there are several ways to help minimize or even prevent it when possible. Those listed above are some of the most effective ways to support and prepare your vaginal tissues, though there are other helpful methods as well.

Positive Signs:
When your water breaks, healthy amniotic fluid is typically clear or slightly pink-tinged. A bit of light spotting can indicate the normal release of the bag of waters. It should be odorless or have a mild, sweet scent, similar to fresh water.

Negative Signs:
If the fluid appears brown, green, or yellow, it may indicate meconium (your baby’s first p**p) in the amniotic fluid, which can signal possible fetal distress. Heavy bleeding, blood clots, or a foul or strong odor are also warning signs that something may not be right.
