✨ Welcome to Hot Asana Noco Erin ✨

Erin Stanphill is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in power vinyasa flow with over six years of teaching experience. Trained at Small World Yoga in Nashville, TN, and shaped by her early teaching at Baptiste Oxford Studio, Erin leads strength-focused, accessible classes that emphasize breath, alignment, and mindful challenge. With a background in athletics and a BFA in Acting from the University of Mississippi, she brings presence, creativity, and intentional movement to every class. Erin’s goal is for students to leave feeling strong, empowered, and grounded—ready to carry their practice into everyday life.

Outside the studio, Erin enjoys hiking and skiing with her husky, lifting heavy weights, and dancing or singing whenever the moment feels right.✨💛

Monday 7:30am Warm Vinyasa Flow is canceled.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather and will communicate any additional schedule changes in advance so you can plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Due to the incoming storm, we’ve had to cancel a few classes and will be closing the boutique early today for everyone’s safety.
📌 Cancellations:
• Sunday 1/25 at 5:30pm
• Monday 1/26 at 7:30am
• Boutique closes at 1pm today

Sunday January 25, 2026 1:00-4:00pm, Ayurveda & Self Care Rituals Workshop w/ Sarika Kopp.

Workshop Price: $150 (includes ritual kit of curated Ayurvedic self care tools)

Join us for a 3 hour, in depth introduction to Ayurvedic living and Self Care Rituals. This workshop is for serious students looking to curate healthy living routines based on lifestyle choices and awareness. Ayurveda takes a different approach towards health and wellness by working with nature along with your personal dosha. In this workshop you will learn the history of Ayurveda, self care rituals including dry brushing, gua sha and abhyanga self massage, along with working with dosha times and the solar and lunar cycle.

Expect to learn, take notes, discuss, and practice techniques together as we sip on complimentary warm herbal tea.

Sarika Kopp is a Registered Nurse with additional training in integrative and functional medicine. Ayurvedic living is second nature to her as she was lucky enough to be influenced by Indian family members growing up along with solidifying concepts through 2000+ hours of yoga training and teaching.

“I did not realize how valuable my upbringing and lifestyle were in keeping me healthy-mind, body, and soul-until I started seeing how sick many of my peers were. I started to connect the dots that having awareness to make subtle choices and by working in harmony with self and nature allows you to tap into deep alignment and optimal wellness in this lifetime”.
