Introducing our Ski Tune Up Workshop, a six-week yoga series created specifically for skiers, snowboarders, and winter-sport lovers. Led by Erin Paradis, M.Ed in Kinesiology, yoga teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist, this workshop blends sport-specific mobility, strength training, and balance work to help you perform at your peak.
