I wanted to showcase the process of getting a rapid spray tan at my spa. you rinse off in 3 hours for the darkest color, I rinsed off in too, I did a level 2 color with four extra leg passes. included with the spray is the anti-orange prep spray as well as the hydrating finishing spray which is a premium skincare option instead of the normal moisturizer. helps you feel softer longer and hold your color in really nice. also infuses your skin with tryaluronic acid! it is important to know that you wash that instant color away and then it will darken still over the next 24 hours. I usually recommend spraying 2 days before an event but if you are in a crunch you could wing it in a day just make sure you know how to Contour your makeup a little bit because the first 24 hours after it sets usually is when it looks the most fake because your natural Contours and shadows are blocked.

Barometric pressure is the weight of the air around us. When a weather front moves through, pressure rises or falls. Your body has air and fluid filled spaces, joints, sinuses, and tiny pressure sensing nerves. Fast shifts change how those spaces expand or contract, which is why some people feel more pain or congestion on storm days.

Joint capsules act like small balloons. When outside pressure drops, tissues can expand and tug on irritated areas, raising stiffness or ache.

Pressure shifts alter joint fluid movement and can sensitize nerves in osteoarthritis, past injuries, or autoimmune inflammation.

Rapid swings increase muscle guarding, your body’s reflex to protect joints, which feels tight and sore.

Temperature and humidity changes with the front make pain fibers more reactive, so aches feel louder.

Anti inflammatory plate, more omega 3s and colorful produce, less ultra processed salt heavy foods.
Magnesium glycinate at night if your clinician agrees.

Roads are being paved today. When we arrived at the spa, we saw there is absolutely no access in or out of our lot. We will be closed until the road opens back up, so please keep an eye here for updates. I am grateful they are paving the roads, the craters have been there a while and someone actually popped a tire yesterday. Hopefully this is the last time we have to close due to our parking lot being obstructed during this process.
