Friday we took a mini trip to Captiva Island and had lunch at the world famous Bubble Room 🫧🫧🫧. It was a great time with friends, good food and stunning views.

Our in house therapist is moving at the end of the month so we surprised her with a little going away party. We will miss you and wish you the best in your new adventure. We also celebrated Jim Henson’s birthday yesterday and made our own hand puppets.

Yesterday was National Girls Night Out so we put a spin on it and made it Girls Night In and watched Golden Girls in our PJs and ate yummy cheesecake! It was the best time ever can’t wait for the next one

We ended National Assisted Living Week Ageless Adventure with an American pastime favorite, a trip to HeadPinz Ft Myers for a game of bowling and a pizza lunch! Everyone had a blast and we can’t wait to go back and try our hand at GoCarts next time ☺️

We traveled to Cuba on Wednesday and Mexico on Thursday for Ageless Adventures during National Assisted Living Week. Wednesday we delighted in some Cuban coffee and pasteries followed by learning dominoes with staff from Cuba. Thursday we traveled to Mexico and made beautiful hairpieces and learned the Mexican Hat Dance. Stay tuned to see this months karaoke post with our immensely talented staff and residents!
