My most asked question when it comes to lips: “How do I get more vertical height in my top lip without looking overdone?”

The answer is never dumping filler all at once. True, natural results come from building slowly over time and working with your anatomy.

With this patient, we did mini plumps twice, spaced 6 weeks apart, combined with a Botox lip flip every 2–3 months. The filler adds soft structure and hydration, while the lip flip gently relaxes the muscle in the upper lip so it naturally rolls outward, creating more visible vertical height over time.

This approach lets us shape, balance, and enhance gradually. This gives better control, more natural movement, and results that still look like you. Think subtle growth, not instant volume.
