Cheryl is the definition of resilience, perseverance and fortitude. While running a 5k she: jumped over 7 foot walls, marched up stairs with 40lb sandbags, bear crawled for dozens of yards, scaled a 30 foot A-frame, box jumped, heavy burpeed 30+lbs for reps….and navigated another 16 obstacles.

While we wholeheartedly appreciate her testimonial supporting Revive, we cannot and will not take all the credit. Success in PT relies heavily upon the patient investing the time and energy necessary to advance themselves. Combining high level manual therapy techniques and appropriate exercise progressions, Cheryl and Ernie demonstrate how coupling Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy with a motivated patient can eliminate the notion of fragility around injury.

Revive is partnering with Heal With Me Postpartum LLC to provide a FREE seminar for New and Soon-to-be Moms!!!

💥 On Saturday, March 29 2025, you can join Alyssa, owner of Heal With Me Postpartum LLC and Ernie, owner of Revive Physical Therapy & Wellness for a comprehensive and interactive presentation on the importance of mental and physical health before, during, and after pregnancy!

🤰 Additionally, a pelvic floor Physical Therapy specialist with the highest level of orthopedic training (and the only person in CT with the designations!) will be present to offer additional education and training!

In an effort to further Revive’s mission of helping our local communities, we are partnering with Youth Continuum!

is a non-profit organization, founded in 1966, with a goal to help young people (specifically 14-24 year olds) who are experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, or who are having difficulty transitioning to adulthood and/or out of the State’s welfare system. This demographic often is extremely underserved and overlooked. They are also highly at risk for serious problems such as human trafficking.

💥 Youth Continuum not only attempts to provide shelter for youth, but also offers services and resources to assist youth with personal, professional and academic needs. Considering both Revive and Youth Continuum share a commitment to improving the health and wellness of our communities, this collaboration is a “no-brainer”!

📦 We will be starting small by assembling a donation box on-site at Revive. Scrolling through the pictures on this post, you’ll find the various items needed to help out. Please take some time to peruse the list and feel free to swing by with any donations beginning Tuesday February 11.

🤩 This will be an ongoing collaboration with various happenings and phases over the coming months. Please help us support this outstanding organization!!!

🎥 Revive is making some waves!! We aired on 12/19 and will be re-airing 12/29 on channel 8 during “CT Buzz” at 12:30pm. 🙏 We want to thank Doug, Jillian and the entire team for a wonderful segment featuring our facility! We sincerely appreciate it!💥 As Chris said it perfectly, we pride ourselves on expert level Physical Therapy care, and now, we are capable of providing patients with a much more comprehensive experience as we expand into our new facility and numerous other service lines.
