We recently had the pleasure of working with artist to bring her "someplace, somewhere" exhibition to life at ARCANEspace. Two dozen of Morleigh's photo collages that celebrate the natural world are printed on our silver substrates, with strategic white ink and spot gloss, to create unique interactions with the natural light in the space.

Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐 - Canada has made its Canadian debut with its first location in Vancouver. Interiors by Rockwell Group are inspired by Chinese Zen gardens, blending natural elements with a modern edge. In the corridor and along the back wall, custom wallcoverings by Astek continue the garden theme, with abstract hills, valleys, and leaves highlighted with metallic shine on a rich evergreen background.

Hotel Celare, Cincinnati Midtown, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel's location is minutes from downtown Cincinnati and puts its guests at the doorstep of the University of Cincinnati. The location is also a driving force behind the design of the wallcovering in the guest room bathrooms, featuring local buildings and landmarks from the Uptown and Clifton Heights neighborhoods. Hand-drawn by a member of Astek's design team, this mesmerizing pattern offers an "I Spy" or "Where's Waldo" experience to pass the two minutes spent brushing your teeth. The Happy Crane blends traditional techniques with fresh, local flavors to craft thoroughly modern Cantonese dishes. Interiors by Studio Wu reflect this ethos: the space is bright and airy, furniture and fixtures sport clean lines and simple elegance, and there are Chinese-inspired accents throughout. We love it when our clients use wallcovering to add unexpected color and detail to an otherwise utilitarian space. For example, in the mailroom at AvalonBay Communities' Parsippany location, Lessard Design, Inc used our Zambian Foliage wallcovering as an accent wall to tie the space in with the rest of the building's earthy, modern interiors.
