Fresh, crisp air.
The sound of crickets 🦗 fading as the world slowly wakes up.
The quiet before the noise.
This is the time to level set for the day.
To be one with self before life starts pulling at you.
Maybe it’s a walking meditation. 🧘♀️
Maybe it’s deep breathing. 😮💨
Maybe it’s simply listening to the sounds around you.
No pressure.
No rushing.
No overstimulation.
Just you…
your breath…
your thoughts…
your peace.
Because doing nothing is necessary too.
You don’t always have to be busy in your mind.
You don’t always have to force movement.
You don’t always have to start the day in survival mode.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do…
is simply breathe.
Reset.
Realign.
Return to self.
Before the busy…
choose you first.
Breathe. Walk. Listen.
