Kathren is a certified Reiki practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She is a gifted healer and an open channel for the energy of Reiki. In her private practice, Kathren has been inspired to focus on Women’s wellness. Through utilizing the energy of Reiki, Kathren has been inspired to empower women physically, mentally and emotionally so that they can become the greatest versions of themselves, reclaim their true feminine power and manifest the life of their dreams! Reiki is a natural hands-on healing technique that promotes rest and relaxation. Reiki is made up of two Japanese words, "REI (ray) and "KI" (key) REI symbolizes Divine or Cosmic Universal wisdom. KI is the life force energy that is the very substance of all. In the Japanese language it is the term for all of the life energies. In Eastern India, this concept is known as PRANA. It surrounds and flows within everything that exists. REIKI can be defined as "Universal Life Force Energy". As a Reiki practitioner, Kathren can channel Life Force Energy through this hands-on technique. The energy is distributed to the root of the problem, restoring energetic balance. Reiki helps the body's natural healing process by unblocking energy flow. Reiki is extremely helpful in conjunction with Eastern and/or Western medicine. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion. Kathren is a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She hold’s additional certifications in Therapeutic Imagery, Past Life Regression, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki healing for animals.
