Jamison Hunt, BSN, RN, was "extraordinary and loving," according to the nomination she received for the DAISY award. The nomination was written by the daughter of a patient who passed last year.

"She always showed grace and comfort when we needed it most. She was so kind to visit us in hospice and offered her knowledge, education and love during mom's ending days. We keep in touch to remind her how special she is."
