G R A T I T U D E M O D E activated!

—for the rest of the month we will be re-focusing on gratitude and how to pay it forward amongst our communities.

at both studios we have surprises for classes (at random) you never know what you might get to experience!

we will also be collecting food items at both locations until 11.23 (think canned goods, non-perishable food to help support our local food banks and schools)

+ we will have an amazing FREE Thanksgiving Barre class to collect children’s pajamas and support 29th annual pajama party!

-the next few weeks please pay it forward 🤍 help a stranger, do a random act of kindness and tap into the season of giving! we love you!

We will meet at WF Wickford for a barre class (with your baby) and then walk across the street to the adorable where all participants can choose to make a small bouquet or enjoy an adult beverage 🥂
