Counselors: Let's talk about how we can combine our respective expertise! I would love to work with you to offer clients a more complete holistic treatment plan. While I as a massage therapist help clients become more attuned to their bodies, counselors address the psychological aspects of their experiences. Together we can work to help clients further!

Did You Know? Bryn has always worked to expand her knowledge base and find ways to incorporate her experience in massage therapy with other therapeutic paths.

Polyvagal Theory, developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, posits that the autonomic nervous system is composed of three distinct neural circuits. These circuits are responsible for different physiological states and are hierarchically organized. The ventral vagal complex is associated with social engagement and safety, the sympathetic nervous system is linked to fight-or-flight responses, and the dorsal vagal complex is related to immobilization or shutdown in response to perceived threats.

Bryn is super excited to announce that she's earned her Polyvagal Certificate. This new knowledge will enhance her work with clients and build upon her MABT training.

Thank you, Lindi! We appreciate hearing about your experience. Can't wait to see you back again!

"Wonderful massage by Bryn! I particularly appreciated that she listened carefully to the issues I was having with hip and back pain, and then focused on addressing those issues and offering me some tips on how to stretch these muscles to avoid future pain. I can’t wait for my next massage!"

In today's digital age, many people find themselves sitting for extended periods. and now we know that prolonged sitting can lead to various health issues. Fortunately, massage therapy offers a range of benefits for those who spend much of their day seated.
-Massage therapy stimulates blood circulation, helping to deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues more efficiently.
-Massage helps alleviate this tension by promoting muscle relaxation. Techniques such as deep tissue massage can target knots and reduce pain, enhancing overall comfort.
-Massage therapy can help elongate muscles and improve joint mobility and flexibility.
-Massage is known for its calming effects. It reduces levels of the stress hormone cortisol, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being.

If you need some TLC from sitting too long, Bryn can help! She has some openings! Book now:
