1.

Helping patients to better understand the healing process from bodily injury of soft tissue following a car accident. Care covered under medpay (for medical use only).
2. Cases under an attorney lien. Most imaging labs and pain management will see patients under an attorney backed lien.
3. Providing care while billing the other driver's insurance, known as third party billing. This can only be done if an assignment of proceeds is signed (AOP). You must have the other driver's insurance claim number and their insurance company contact information. The AOP works best when the other driver has already admitted fault. Most imaging labs and pain management will no longer accept third party billing. New patients with a personal injury claim can make an appointment for their initial consultation, physical examination, and either receive an x-ray referral to an imaging lab or request to review diagnostic images if already taken at another healthcare facility such as a hospital. Serving patients from all over the valley in various neighborhoods and landmarks: North Las Vegas, Decatur Blvd, Montecito, Centennial, Sun City Aliante, Summerlin, Boca Park, Henderson, South Point, and Nellis Air Force Base. We hope that everyone had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. Enclosed is the office schedule for September 2025 at Yen Chiropractic in Northwest Las Vegas. Please note that our half days have switched: Tuesdays are now open in the mornings, and Thursdays in the afternoon. The office will be closed on September 11th as Dr. Yen will be attending the 13th Annual Nevada Workers' Compensation Educational Conference.

Providing care while billing the other driver's insurance, known as third party billing. You must have the other driver's insurance claim number and their insurance company contact information. Third party billing works when the other driver has already admitted fault and is not contesting your claim. But please keep in mind that without attorney representation, you will need to have more than just minor property damage in order for an insurance company to pay for treating bodily injury claims. You may need to see a medical doctor to show that they support your need for care. You may also have to pay out of pocket or use your own private health insurance at an imaging lab if further diagnostic studies are needed to support your claim.
