I just wanted to share a new service offering to my fabulous clients! I'm now a Certified Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor over at LVAC.
They have a really great childcare program and a lot of awesome classes. If you'd rather have a one-on-one session or small groups, that can be arranged too!

Postpartum Puppy! 😁
When she wants attention, she forces me to provide it. (I don't really mind. 🥰)

We can do the belly binding for you during the same visit as the placenta capsules! Just let us know and we'll get you set up.

Belly binding is helpful for your physical recovery during the 4th trimester. It helps your hips, abdominal muscles, and lower back. We can do the binding for you, or we also offer natural undyed muslin belly binds as well. Message us for details!
