Meet Jill Connors!

Jill is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) who offers telehealth appointments for adolescents and adults of all ages. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from Iowa State University and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Iowa.

Her therapeutic approach blends Cognitive-Behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices, gently challenging unhelpful thought patterns that prevent clients from achieving balance and clarity.

Meet Becka McMurray!

Becka is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) offering in-person and telehealth appointments from our Iowa City clinic. She received her Bachelor's in Social Work from North Carolina State University and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Iowa.

As a therapist, she takes an eclectic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, often introducing expressive arts, playing, narrative therapy, journaling, mindfulness, and psychoeducation in session.
