The good news is that balance is a skill — and like any skill, it can be practiced and improved.
At Rivercity Pilates we offer small group Balance Sessions designed to help you stay active and confident for years to come.
We’re offering an Intro to Balance Training session where you can learn how we train balance and try some of the exercises yourself.
