This 4 week series will focus on finding the "YOU" in Ayurveda...It is designed to help you discover the origin & history behind the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda PLUS dive deep into your own unique Ayurvedic type & current imbalances. We’ll discuss how to choose a diet and lifestyle that aligns with your unique constitution & how to optimize your energy and digestion by cultivating a daily routine in alignment with your circadian rhythm.

When: Every Tuesday - May 18th through June 8th, 2021 from

Lets talk health and Ayurveda!

FREE Workshop!!! Boost your Immunity with Ayurveda...Sunday April 5th, 2020 at 1pm CST.

For those of you who don't know I am currently enrolled in an Ayurvedic Practitioner program through Yoga Veda Institute. And will be a NAMA certified practitioner after my clinical study.

Much of our classroom discussion has been about Covid-19 and what Ayurveda has to offer in terms of general health & immunity. I want to bring this discussion to you all...would anyone be interested in joining me for a online class on immune boosting information?

Just wanted to stop by for a quick introduction for those who don’t know me!!!

I founded Little haven at the beginning of 2019. It has been a dream of mine to create a community that supports individual needs and growth in all aspects of life!

I enjoy “beeing” 🐝🐝🐝(See photo below☺️) a mom to my son, Noah. And I am so fortunate to be married to my best friend and #1 supporter, Jason.

Originally I hail from Cedar Rapids but moved to Johnson County in 2009 to finish my degree at Iowa. For 10 years I have been a massage therapist & energy healer in North Liberty. Most recently, I have started doing birth doula work in the area! Holistic wellness & Ayurveda are some of my biggest passions along with crocheting, sewing & crafting!

✨My dreams of this community space really started to transform after the birth of my son. I often felt like I was loosing part of myself to “mommyhood”. My spontaneity was non existent. I felt like I couldn’t leave the house unless circumstances were conducive to this new mommy lifestyle...it all felt so foreign. ✨I wasn’t able to attend workshops or have the same kind of social interactions that I had before having Noah. I was so happy to have created him but I also saw him as an inconvience to my personal growth. Talk about a mixed bag of emotions!!!

Little Haven is meant to be a place of cooperation & collaboration. For us all to feel like we are worthy enough to have enjoyment outside of our family life but not SEPARATE from them either. ✨My biggest wish for this community is that our littles grow up seeing us build healthy relationships, learn new things, and “fill our cups” - because you can’t pour from an empty cup!

✨By being here, I hope you find passions, interests, and education that lights up your soul. I hope that we all can connect on a deeper level to enrich our lives. I want people to live each day inspired to start the next✨
