🎅✨ A Magical Afternoon ✨🤶

🎄 Santa and Mrs. Claus joined us and our group of “elves” for a day of holiday FUN!

Our wonderful group of residents enjoyed festive photos, decorating fun, cookies, milk and even some eggnog! 🍪🥛

🎅✨ With Santa’s letters displayed and the fireplace glowing - the room felt like the heart of the North Pole.

Special thank you to our very own photographer Elf, Mega, for joining us to capture some special moments. 📸✨ We are so lucky to have such a magical team and community!

🩺✨ A Special Visit Filled with Heart & Knowledge ✨🩺

Information Monday was extra special this week!

🍸🍹 Everyone sipped on two festive cocktails — the “Cranberry Christmas” ✨ and “Winter Wonderland” ❄️ while the lovely Jena joined us to share valuable insights about hypertension.

🩺 She brought a wealth of knowledge we were grateful for with her experience in the cardiology department at the U of I AND in school working toward her bachelor’s in nursing. 📚

❤️ Even more meaningful, she is the granddaughter of two of our residents, which made her visit feel wonderfully personal and special.

Our Resident Art Fair was a beautiful showcase of artistic talent! 🖼️✨

Our social hour with the Kirkwood Choir Jazz Ensemble was nothing short of breathtaking! 🎤

💫 These talented ladies filled the room with vibrant harmonies and our residents were in absolute awe of their skill and energy.

Their performance left us buzzing with excitement—especially knowing they may return with an even bigger ensemble next time! 🎷🎼

Craft time got regal as we created our own crowns—turning Keystone into a kingdom full of queens and one very proud king for the day! 👸🤴

👑 Everyone enjoyed designing their crowns and imagining what royal roles they would play… now if only we could turn them into real gold! 😉💛

🦃✨ A Feast Fit for Friendship ✨🦃

Our Ladies Social turned into a delicious Gals-Giving celebration.

We enjoyed thanksgiving mini bites, cranberry rolls, pecan tarts, turkey meatballs, mini cookies plus sparkling apple cider or a Fall margarita! 🍹

🥧🍂✨ The table was filled with laughter, festive games, warm conversation and all the flavors of the season.

This was a wonderful get-together for the Keystone women.💓 Tell us, 👉 what do you bring when you get together for “Friends-giving” meals? 🥧🍗

🥧🎉 A Slice of Competition & A Whole Lot of Laughter 😆🍰

Our Men’s Club had an unforgettable pie-eating showdown featuring some seriously delicious contenders:

🥃 Bourbon pecan
🧈 Southern buttermilk
🍐🍎 Pear apple
🍋‍🟩 Key lime
🎃 Classic pumpkin

😄 After the taste-testing excitement 🥧 our gentlemen crowned bourbon pecan pie the winner. 🥇

Then, the ultimate finale: 👩‍🍳 Chef Kassidy taking a good-natured pie to the face from our residents. 😂 We’re so grateful to Kassidy for joining in the fun - judging by the smiles, the men had an absolutely great time!

Our latest craft session was all about making adorable acorn treat boxes! 🍂📦

✂️ After cutting, gluing and filling them with sweets, our residents proudly left with their handmade creations—and big smiles.
