Keagan Cortez-Hernandez brings a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience spanning home health administration and medical billing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration/Management, she understands both the clinical and financial sides of healthcare, allowing her to approach billing with accuracy, efficiency, and a big-picture mindset.

Known for her reliability and problem-solving skills, Keagan is committed to supporting providers by keeping revenue cycles running smoothly. When she’s not working through claims and accounts, you’ll likely find her perfecting her bowling game, delivering top-tier dad jokes, or lending a listening ear to her friend group — always ready to help however she can.
