Iā€™ve had clients who werenā€™t satisfied with my work. Ive also had clients disrespect me and refuse to pay. A house cleaner can be a very difficult job to do and is very stressful. I would love that all my clients can understand that I try my hardest to make your home clean and spotless. I love cleaning homes and wish I can do this full time but this job is to make a little extra to support my family as my husband is not able to perform well anymore with work. He is a construction worker and fell off a high house and fell unconscious and broke his back. I hope all my clients understand that I doing the best I can and appreciate my work. (Sorry for bad english)šŸ„²

ā€¢Before scheduling I do a walkthrough of the home and take a look of what is needed then I talk with the client about what service he wants and give them a price.

ā€¢Standard Cleaning: Normal Cleaning like sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing, bed making, and etc. This is for the whole house and is just a regular clean.

ā€¢Deep Cleaning: Behind Furniture that is moveable, under tables, bathroom cleaning, floor scrubbing, wall scrubbing and etc

ā€¢Furniture: Furniture that is not moveable will not be cleaned from behind unless the client moves it for it to be cleaned. Delicate furniture will also not be moved. Other than moveable furniture will be cleaned in the deep cleaning service

ā€¢We will clean what the clients asks me and my team to do. If the client does not specify something they want cleaned we will not to do it so please specify.

ā€¢If the client does not come according to the price of the service once I do a walkthrough then I will charge a small fee. If the client comes according to the price then it will be free.

ā€¢Pets: If they arenā€™t a distraction then they are fine but if they are playful it would be good if they were outside or somewhere! (i like animals so it should be fine!)

Welcome to my cleaning service!
I am Janet and I have more than 10 years of experience! I speak a little english but my 15 year old daughter is always with me translating!

I clean based on how messy the house is.
First I do a walkthrough of the home and schedule an appointment and then talk about the price. Price also depends on what the client wants so if they want a deep cleaning then yes it will be a little pricey!
Me and my sister in law do this together and I hope to grow and grow more with my business
