This summer we are shaking up our Biggest Loser Competition! We are very excited!

Employees must drop in May 29, May 30, or June 2 from 7:30a-4p for your weigh in. Then throughout the summer we will have 4 challenge weeks from walking, exercising, or healthy eating where we will pick a winner each week for a prize. In August we will have a final weigh in for a GRAND PRIZE. Drop by the office for more info!!

Senior Tip Tuesday: Safety First

During winter weather and ice storms it is extremely important to be safe and warm while indoors. If there is a potential power outage make sure that you have batter operated candles, lanterns, and/or flashlights to provide light.

Today we celebrate seniors thriving! Some may think that as you age life has to change but not for Kay Glynn.

Kay Glynn:
1. Acrobat since the age of 4
2. Held the high school long jump state record for over 30 years at 19 ½”
3. Kay returned to the sport at the Iowa Games at the age of 48
4. She took up pole vaulting at the age of 50 & did her first Senior Olympics at the Iowa meet at the age of 5

Let this motivate you that age is simply a number!
