Hurry makes us hurt...

I wanted to take a second to introduce myself and share one of the many reasons why I became a massage therapist. This world is full of rushing, fast paced lifestyles. I'm guilty of going too fast myself. But the truth is, hurrying makes us hurt. Learning how to slow down takes practice. Massage therapy helps to reset our central nervous systems and eases the aches, pain and tension in our bodies. I love watching my clients relax. It truly is healing for both me and my client!
