If this question hits hard then we need to talk! Trauma can hide and disguise itself in depression, anxiety and high performance expectations. Honestly asking this question can reveal some of the deepest needs you have right now. It might be the catalyst for change in big and small things. Be brave and really ask…what do I need to feel safe right now? Working with a qualified therapist can make the difference between wishing your life was different and actually making the changes necessary for that life to happen. Life coaching doesn’t necessarily go deep enough to heal trauma. Without addressing your whole situation and life experiences, change may only be temporary like fad dieting or emotional shopping… it feels good for a moment but it doesn’t last and you may become dependent upon your coach. Ai is also only temporary source of self validation and bias that will not challenge your point of view. Therapy is an investment that takes time and effort. But it’s designed to help you see and understand what you’re facing and have the courage to change when it’s hard. I’m able see clients in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. Learning mindfulness can help when you’re facing sudden life changes and challenges. Sometimes the change brings a beautiful experience you would never imagine nor ask for. Looking at some of these unexpected moments where life takes your breath away in its simplest and profound ways. Stay present and hold on. Don’t push it away or drown in it. Just stay steady with the flow.

Peace comes from within…. It a learned skill to be able to do the inner work and make improvements to your life that manifest that change —-but first it happens in the quiet moments of soul searching. It’s not glamorous. It is downright difficult and sometimes strips away the nonsense that we sometimes pretend is us… only to realize it was just as mask.

What are you waiting for? If you’re unhappy now and you don’t try something different then how do you expect that will change? Yes some things do change on their own terms but that doesn’t mean you need to stay where you’re at. Go on a walk in nature…Moving forward with care and intention can help you out of a mental rut.

Women are often saturated with messages that they are waiting for someone or something to happen before they can———fill in the blank…. Women can make active choices for their lives. Women can choose their spouses, careers, homes, and be happily responsible for these decisions. Can we stop blaming others for why a woman made a choice? Maybe she just woke up one day and decided she wanted to do something differently? Maybe she decided who she wanted to marry instead of her heart being “stolen” by that guy’s best friend and we make a movie about it. Maybe she made a mistake and can actually handle admitting it!Then decide what is the best way forward… good morning ☀️ You get to decide today what you will do with your time! 2025 is almost here. We evolve and change with each passing year. I am also evolving and feel like Instagram has not served its intended purpose. My focus for the next while will be creating meditations for stress relief and management. Eventually you’ll find it available under Zenhikr.com. Everyone is telling you that you need to reduce your stress but no one’s telling you how! They just want to sell you another supplement…. Stress treatments are big business right now. So the more stressed you are the more products you might buy… therapist here telling you that stress is a normal part of life but we must learn to pause and reset the mind and body back to a state of calm regularly. I am a terrible sales person but I am good at helping others find this calm place. So if you want to learn more check out my link in the bio.

First light on the mountain. How do you greet the day? What matters in your heart? Your soul? The battle of the mind is won in the body. Connection to the earth and source of life heals many wounds seen and unseen. Breathe life one moment at a time and watch the full spectrum of emotions wash through you- joy to sorrow. Do not linger too long. Each has its place. Flow like water in the stream or sap in the trees. This is the full experience. Be with what is… bend when necessary…transform when needed.

Warning ⚠️ I’m afraid if you are allergic to dogs then we will need to keep our sessions online…These are my office mates. They don’t get to disrupt sessions but occasionally when invited by a client they get to join us for a chat. I vacuum daily but I don’t think it will be enough for folks who are very sensitive to animal glitter. ✨ On the other end of the spectrum if you would rather have a session with a dog than a therapist then I am happy to assist. I have had a few clients that literally came to see my dog. Seeing a therapist was too scary so we took it slow. Animals are great icebreakers and often safer with our tender souls. These pups are so sweet and loving. They are calm and gentle. ❤️
