Why does your lower back hurt?
Most of my clients come in with the same common reasons:
— overtraining or heavy workouts,

— tight piriformis muscle,

— poor posture and stress that always shows up in the muscles.

Why do I use my elbow?
The elbow allows me to reach deep layers of muscle safely and precisely — places that fingers simply can’t access.
This is especially important when working on:
— the piriformis muscle (when pain radiates into the glute or leg),
— the quadratus lumborum (when the side of the lower back feels tight or “pulled”).
