If you’re spiraling right when life gets good… pause here.
1-minute exercise (do it now):
Put one hand on your chest.
Inhale slowly. Exhale longer.
Ask: “What’s the message behind this resistance?”
Then ask: “Where in my body is there no resistance?”
Breathe into that space and whisper: “Thank you for this opportunity to receive.”
Optional: raise your arms on the inhale, soften them down on the exhale.
This isn’t about forcing yourself to be “positive.” It’s about learning how to stay with yourself while you expand.
