Bipolar Depression is more than feeling “down.”
It’s the depressive phase of Bipolar Disorder, a condition marked by intense mood shifts between highs (mania) and lows (depression).
During a depressive episode, people may experience:
• Deep sadness or emptiness
• Loss of interest in things they once enjoyed
• Low energy or fatigue
• Trouble concentrating
• Changes in sleep or appetite
• Feelings of guilt or hopelessness
Understanding Bipolar Depression helps reduce stigma and encourages people to seek support and care options that fit their needs.
If you or someone you know is struggling, you’re not alone. 💛
