This Wednesday July 24th join Elizabeth Pumer and Luis Alejo, visiting from Cusco, Peru to guide our mid-summer Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing Meditation. This promises to be a special event and we look forward to welcoming back our regular attendees along with those of you who are curious to enjoy this unique experience for the first time.

We do ask that you sign up ahead of time, a day or two beforehand where possible so we have a handle on the numbers to know how much ceremonial grade cacao to prepare for Wednesday evening. We also ask that you arrive promptly for this 7-9pm event.

Comfortable light clothing recommended.

Book and pay through Mindbody app at Roll Out Your Mat. Alternatively to save your spot and pay on the day, send a DM through IG or text Martin at the studio 786 707 5030.
