✨ What a difference 90 days can make! ✨

It was October 2023 that I started my first glp1 cycle.

I cut gluten, eating too late, hit the gym at least 3 days a weeks and increased my steps. And by Christmas, I was down 25 pounds!

Now, Im back on it…but this time I plan to shift over to a peptide stack after I reach my goal weight, and then focus on strength, muscle, and body composition.

Just the reduction in inflammation alone is huge!
