Winter is an ideal time to hibernate, deeply relax and restore the body and mind. From a wonderful winter’s rest we can emerge in the Spring refreshed with the energy and focus to grow. Join Dawn for a special Winter Hibernation Yoga Nidra and experience deep relaxation with awareness. Class begins with a short gentle yoga sequence, then students are guided into a supported, warm and relaxing pose. Next, Dawn guides you through a Yoga Nidra journey. The aim is to listen to Dawn’s voice, allowing the mind and body to deeply rest while the consciousness stays awake.
