Hapé is a sacred tabacco and ash mixed stuff from Peru that works to activate the third eye and allows you to ground into your intentions that are set with this beautiful plant based medicine. This is an optional experience.

Come Join us for a night of cold plunging, as Zack holds us through a deeper understanding of how the cold can be a great guide in offering it's profound wisdom to the mind body and soul.

Brujo will be leading us in a discussion about Consent the universal language of co-existance. Understanding how it creates safety and the feeling of unconditional love when we honor this sacred practice.

Bekah will be offering a guided meditation & sound bath to honor the body mind and soul after the great cold.

Taylor will be honoring us with her astrology forecast in her moon talks to support us for the upcoming weeks.

Bring something you can get wet in and a towel and a change of clothes.
