A great reminder.

A fun trick that I've personally used when it gets to be too noisy in my head ( ) is to switch from I call AM or "talk radio" to FM radio and just start humming or singing a song -- either something that makes me happy or whatever I need to feel in the moment. Those heavy thoughts and feelings tend to magically feel lighter when the song does!

Not only does it take my mind away from the incessant chatter, but an added bonus is that it tones your vagus nerve...and it improves your karaoke voice. 🎤💃🤣🤣😉
It also wouldn't be your fault if a small dance party broke out too. Just sayin'... 🙃

There's a reason why toning has been used in the healing arts for centuries.
A happy vagus nerve = a happy you!
