No matter what you do it seems that you end up fatigued, sick, and far from your best physical, mental, and spiritual health. I’ve been there before. My name is Liat Nadler, and I am a clinical nutritionist, but I am also a wife, mother, and person who has dealt with chronic health struggles. Through my own journey of discovering a whole-food, plant-based diet, I was able to naturally treat many of my ailments including rosacea, energy loss, and severe migraines. I am confident that a dietary change will help you too—regardless of your medical conditions. Let’s start by discussing your routines, moods, and concerns with the goal of getting to the root of what is affecting you. Together, we will work to find natural foods and the necessary nutrition changes that will help you feel, perform, and look better. Fabulous Healing was founded by me, Liat Nadler. I have a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and am a Board Certified Nutritionist licensed by the Washington State Department of Health. I am also a proud member of the American Nutrition Association. Additionally, I have a certification on plant-based nutrition from eCornell. I am excited to be your partner on your journey to personal wellness. Together, we will help you achieve your best self.

It’s nice to meet you on our journey to clean eating and a healthier lifestyle.

My journey only started a few years ago, after the birth of my first son. At that time, I was constantly suffering from headaches, fatigue, migraines, lack of energy, chronic anemia, and a general feeling that I wasn't in my best health. At that time, a friend of mine introduced me to a whole-food, plant-based diet where my palate would consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and lean meats and fish.

Feeling desperate from having so much coffee and supplements but never really feeling energized, both my husband and I decided to give his recommendations a try. After three weeks, we started to feel better and much more energized. We even lost some weight in the process. I became much more focused and could maintain better concentration throughout my Engineering undergraduate studies. This positive experience led us to decide to stick to this diet, which we are still practicing today. I consider this one of the best life decisions I have ever made.

Feeling the effects in my body, I became an advocate for healthy nutrition. My education in biology and service in the army as a medic revealed that I was already passionate about these topics. For over a decade now, I have eagerly studied and expanded my knowledge about healthy nutrition. In 2017, I earned a Master of Science in Nutrition (MScN) at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM).
