Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, by holding poses for extended periods. Gentle yet sustained stress helps improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. When we slow down with Yin Yoga, we teach the body and mind that it's safe to let go.
The nervous system begins to release stress, helping us restore balance.

I always say, Yin yoga is an intimate practice. Much like dating yourself. It gives you the moments of stillness to reflect and dive into yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Want to learn more about yourself? Do Yin yoga.

I teach alot of wall Yin. It gives you the support you need to soften in the discomfort. When legs are up the wall it helps boost your circulation, reduces swelling in the legs and feet, relieves fatigue by allowing blood to flow back towards the heart, aids in lymphatic drainage, helps with reducing and alleviating lower back pain, and reduces stress. Full package practice.

*Prioratize self healing right now. Put your needs above others for once. It's time to focus on you. Self Healing takes time, and alot of self love. Remember, open wounds don't heal into scars overnight. Take the time you need in order to feel happier and healthier within yourself. There is no rush.
