Hey Y’all! November booking is open🍂

Here are a few things y’all need to know before booking:

• All appointments have to be prepaid in order to be booked

• If you can’t make your appointment, refunds are given in person at the fitness center.

• Due to this program not specializing in massage appointments, You can NOT reschedule your appointment online, you have to call the front desk to rebook.

• No same day appointments

Hey all! We have fully switched from paper booking at the front desk to fully online using Rectrac-

Here are a few things y’all need to know before booking:

• All appointments have to be prepaid in order to be booked

• If you can’t make your appointment, refunds are given in person at the fitness center.
