So I am just asking for your opinion here- what do you think?
Is 15 min of yoga a day better than just 1 hour per week? Drop a Yes or No below đđť

I think it is great to do yoga every day. We keep our joints fluid and our muscles stretched daily. Once a week yoga is sometimes like starting from square 1 each time.
Sometimes we donât have an hour every day- but we probably have 15 min!
So I say- a little bit every day keeps the doctor away!
