The sphenoid (cranium) and pelvis (hips) mirror each other more than most people realize.

Both have a central ‘body’ with wing-like expansions, both function as structural keystones, and both anchor major myofascial and ligamentous systems.

Because their shapes — and roles — parallel each other, rotation or tension in one region can echo through the dural, fascial, and CNS pathways to influence the other.

In CST we address these patterns, not just the area that hurts — this produces pain relief and much deeper healing.

It took me years to learn this and teach this, and its still challenging at times.

It takes time and dedication to love yourself, but the world becomes a much better place when you begin to truly understand this and live accordingly.

It's the true meaning of "raising your frequency". Self-Love/Trust is the 1st Aspect of Well-Being because it transcends everything else!🙌✨️💗😍Real peace is not when life is perfect. It is when life is messy and you are still calm on the inside.

If your peace depends on everything going right, then it is not peace. It is control. Anyone can be calm when life feels easy. Anyone can breathe when everything is stable. But the real test is who you are when things fall apart, when plans fail, when people disappoint you, when life becomes unpredictable. That is where true peace is born.

Learning to be steady in uncertainty is real growth. It means you trust yourself even when the path is confusing. It means you stay grounded even when your emotions try to take over. It means you do not crumble every time something goes wrong. You learn to adapt. You learn to breathe. You learn to let go of what you cannot control.

Life will never move in a straight line. Things will not always go your way. People will not always show up how you expect. But if you can stay calm in the middle of that, if you can hold your center when everything else is shaking, then you are growing in ways most people never reach.

Peace is not found in perfect conditions. Peace is found inside you. And once you learn that, uncertainty stops scaring you and starts shaping you into someone unshakeable.
