Ingredients in Air Fried Chicken
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, thin sliced or pounded thin
1/3 C olive oil mayonnaise (or avocado mayo)
2 tsp garlic, minced
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp onion powder

How to Make Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken
1. Preheat air fryer to 390
2. Prep chicken (thin or pound, then pat dry)
3. Mix garlic + mayo
4. Mix panko, parmesan + seasonings
5. Spray air fryer basket
6. Brush chicken with garlic mayo
7. Coat in panko mixture (press to stick)
8. Air fry 8 minutes
9. Flip, cook another 7 minutes until golden
