Life is better with margaritas and tacos. You absolutely have both and still lose weight. 🌮🍹

How you ask??? You go in with a plan instead of winging it.

This is how it’s done:

1. Start with water:
Order your margarita with your meal, not before. This prevents mindless sipping and keeps drinks from stacking up.

2. Don’t show up starving:
When you walk in starving, the chips win every time. Have a small protein snack earlier if dinner will be late.

3. Control the chips:
Take a small portion and put it on your side plate so you actually see how much you’re eating. Then push the basket away.

Don’t just graze from the basket — that’s when it gets out of hand.

4. Build your tacos around protein:
Grilled chicken, shrimp, steak, or fish tacos are usually great options. Load up the protein.

5. Keep it simple!
Corn tortillas, protein, veggies, salsa. You don’t need every creamy sauce on the menu.

Weight loss doesn’t require skipping family dinners or avoiding restaurants.

It just requires better decisions while you’re there.
