Our Village Cafe is held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. This cafe is for expecting women, new moms, and experienced moms. All supporting each other during this important stage of motherhood.

Stork Ready is so honored to host a free weekly Baby Cafe every Wednesday from 10:00-11:30. Our cafes are run by Leah, owner of and her team of IBCLC'S.

About Baby Café USA

Baby Café USA is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that licenses, supports, and coordinates a growing network of Baby Café sites across the United States. Communities nationwide implement the Baby Café model to expand access to free, evidence-based breastfeeding support, reduce health disparities, and help families meet their infant feeding goals.

Teaching childbirth classes isn’t just a job for me — it’s my true passion. For over 38 years, I have had the honor of working in labor and delivery, supporting families during one of the most powerful moments of their lives.
I love sharing my knowledge and experience to help laboring women and their partners feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout the birth process. My greatest hope is that every family not only feels prepared — but truly looks forward to their birth experience.

More Than Blue is a groundbreaking new documentary that illuminates the faces and voices of postpartum depression across America. Through the real stories of families across the country, the film shines a light on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders – too often unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.

While we have come a long way over the last decade in terms of screening patients, most individuals experiencing conditions like postpartum depression, anxiety, or psychosis still go undiagnosed or untreated. We need to do better. Pairing personal stories with expert insights, the film aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and ensure mothers receive the care they need to recover and heal. More Than Blue is both a testament to the strength of families and a call to action – grounded in the science and stories – to ensure that no one suffers in shame or silence.

It was such a joy hosting Parent Cafe today. Even more special was catching up with this wonderful couple I had the honor of teaching in their prenatal classes. Watching families grow is truly the best part of what we do.
