We always offer a free breastfeeding class when you sign up for Childbirth, Newborn Essentials, and Infant CPR Classes. Most insurance companies reimburse you for your classes as well.

Our calendar is up through the end of August. Summer is the busiest time of year. Don't delay in signing up for classes.

Many of our classes are taught by experienced labor and delivery nurses. Our clients travel from the south shore, central Ma, south, and central NH, as well as Maine.

We are referred by hospitals, doctors' offices, midwives, and doulas.

Meghan is a local therapist who specializes in maternal mental health, supporting women through postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts in motherhood, and the emotional challenges that can come with this stage of life.
