Many people don’t realize just how much pain their body is carrying. Pain isn’t always on the surface—it often runs deep, tied to both physical strain and past trauma. At Val-u-U, we focus on helping you release that pain, heal from the inside out, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Healing isn’t always easy, sometimes it can feel uncomfortable, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel. When you walk through our doors, you may arrive with tension, stress, and pain. 💜 My Hidden Struggles
Many of you don’t know that I’ve been battling severe foot pain, ever since my accident.
Every morning and every evening, I have to go through a routine just so I can walk.

These are some of the hidden struggles, people never see, the things I push through so I can keep serving, keep building, and keep helping others through the Purple Light Touch Foundation and ValuU Massage & Wellness.
I don’t share this for pity…
I share it so someone out there knows they’re not alone in their quiet battles.
Healing is a journey.
Some days are harder than others.
But I’m still here.

ValuU Massage & Wellness
is OFFICIAL the name God gave me in 2017 has finally come to life.

For years, I wasn’t able to use the name ValuU because I didn’t value myself enough to walk in it. I was going through trauma, heartache, homelessness, and pain. I didn’t see my own worth.

But after my accident, God rebuilt me.
He taught me how to love myself again, how to value myself, and how to step boldly into the purpose He gave me.

And now… it is official:

“Nobody But God.” This week:
✔ We passed our Fire Marshal inspection
✔ We passed our city inspection
The inspector said, “Valerie… are you really doing all of this I told him about Quett Easter who is my assistant.
✔ And he told me, “The name ValuU it’s perfect.”

People are finally seeing what happens behind these doors.
This building may look small on the outside, but what God is doing inside is BIG.

I am stepping into the name God gave me. And I am declaring it boldly:

It is OFFICIAL.

Purple Light Touch was founded in August 2017 after going thru my own life-changing situations. Eighteen years ago when I was back in England, I was hurting and angry and I stood in my kitchen and I had a teapot in my hand and I threw it at my glass doors because I wanted something to break because I was breaking inside. The teapot missed the door by 2 inches and there was no broken glass. I cried out to God and asked him what am I here for? That’s when I heard you are going to help people. Little did I know that I was going to be a massage therapist in the United States. I was told that my right wrist would always hurt from the domestic violence and back from a work related injury, however, God has restored me. The issues I had England I no longer suffer with. I see clients come in on a daily basis with similar issues I use to suffer with for over 15 years. I enjoy restoring my client’s health issues by touching and ministering to their bodies seeing them get up feeling blessed and cannot believe after years of pain it has subsided.

I strongly believe in giving back. So Purple Light Touch Massage and Wellness gives back. A portion of each massage that is purchased, benefits women and young girl who are recovering from domestic violence, bullying, Veterans, PTSD, abuse or any traumatic event including cancer.

Our services are unique and each massage I do is taken from Psalms 23. We are non-denominational because pain has no respect where the body is concerned. I truly believe God has anointed my hands to finish his work.
