Tired eyes? You might just need a break! 😴
Long days, bright screens, and late nights can all take a toll on your eyes. Here’s how to rest and refresh them:

💧 Blink often to prevent dryness
💻 Limit screen time before bed
🌙 Get enough sleep — your eyes repair overnight

A little rest goes a long way toward keeping your eyes comfortable and your vision sharp!

Halloween is almost here! 👻 Costumes and makeup can be fun, but those spooky colored contacts might not be as harmless as they look.

Did you know all contact lenses — even decorative ones — require a prescription in the U.S.?

Buying them from a costume shop or unverified online seller can expose you to serious risks like eye pain, infections, and even permanent vision loss.

Pro Tip: If you want to add contacts to your costume, talk to your eye doctor first. Safe eyes = a safe Halloween!

Dry eyes? You’re not alone!

Many of us experience dryness and irritation from everyday habits like blinking less while staring at screens, spending long hours on computers or phones, and even being in air-conditioned or heated environments. Over time, these factors can make your eyes uncomfortable, red, or blurry.

Staying hydrated, taking regular screen breaks, and using artificial tears can help, but persistent dry eye may signal an underlying issue that deserves attention. 👁️
Don’t wait — schedule an eye exam with us to find the cause and get relief for healthier, more comfortable eyes!
