Soften anxiety - the present moment is where it’s at. It may be uncomfortable to be present with yourself. It may make you impatient. That’s the point- we’re training the brain in micro moments to be with discomfort, accept the moment, breath into emotions, feel what is actually here. Anxiety happens when we run from that capacity to be present with what is.
