Our campus includes 103 all-private rehab suites featuring 3 courtyards with gazebo overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds. Our Main Street with storefronts opens to all private, hotel-like suites. As a family owned company with locations throughout Northeast Ohio, our resources, experiences, and excellent customer service and outcomes we are proud to be the provider of choice. The Avenue at North Ridgeville is a facility that provides an excellent level of medical, physical and emotional support. We provide medical care to those in need of post-op and medical services. Our leading-edge therapy services, design, décor and state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, allows us to provide the highest level of therapy with superior outcomes.

Meet Stefanie Balicki – Business Office Manager at The Avenue!

Stefanie is so much more than a BOM—she’s a true team player who steps in wherever she’s needed. Whether it’s giving tours, supporting events, or spending quality time with residents, Stefanie is always ready to help. With over 10 years of experience in skilled nursing billing, she brings expertise, dedication, and a warm smile to everything she does.
One of her favorite parts of the job is interacting with residents and making them laugh. If she could share one piece of advice with new employees, it would be:
“You will learn something new every day!”

After a long day, Stefanie loves to unwind with reality TV or Netflix. She’s also an avid traveler who enjoys visiting new places and relaxing at the beach. Stefanie has two children—her daughter is finishing up college, and her son will graduate in 2026. Watching them grow up and participate in sports has brought her so much joy.

We’re grateful to have Stefanie as part of The Avenue family!

What a special lunch today!

We were thrilled to welcome students from the Ranger High Tech Academy Pop Choir, who joined our residents for lunch and great conversation. The students spent time interviewing residents about their favorite music, and those answers will be used to create a spring concert inspired by our residents’ musical choices. Even better—they’ll be coming back to perform the concert just for them!

Moments like these remind us how powerful music and connection can be across generations🎶

Resident of the Month: Jimmy!

Jimmy is our incredible volunteer resident who brings kindness and positivity to everyone around him. He loves passing out daily chronicles to his neighbors and can often be found lending a helping hand to a friend in need. Jimmy attends activities dressed in his best attire and enjoys listening to music—especially country. He proudly tells us we can call him the Murph Dog!

Jimmy also enjoys reading and knows the importance of recharging by getting plenty of rest. He’s happiest when he’s making someone else smile and says he works best in the morning—with a smile to match!
We are so lucky to have Jimmy as such a valued part of our community!
