And, I’m back! Thank you to everyone for the well wishes and support. It’s truly inspiring knowing there’s a community of people who care🥰
Now for the fun part! I’ll share my journey with you, and hopefully this time we’ll find that the surgery was successful and that I get back to being healthy and doing what I love. So stay tuned, ask questions, and we can all continue our health and fitness journey together😊

Update: Lea’s surgery went beautifully.
She’s doing great! Shes already been able to sit up in a chair, many tubes and wires have been removed, and they’ve already requested transport to a room today! 🤩

Hey friends 😊 A year ago when I last posted about my health, I wanted to be “an inspirational story.” Something you could be proud of. I wanted to tell the story of my recovery and become the impetus for a healthy lifestyle. But apparently, that’s not my journey. I’m having open heart surgery (again) in a few hours. I’m telling you this to keep you informed, and more importantly, to remind you that you have to fight. Life doesn’t hand you anything. If you want something, you have to give your heart and soul to it. I’ve spent my entire existence attempting to maintain my health. And while today might make it look like I’m failing at this goal, it’s quite the opposite. I’m getting another shot at this life because I’ve kept myself healthy, and I’ve worked hard at that goal every day. So please join me in the fight. Take care of yourselves. Love yourself. And never stop fighting. Again, I’ll see you on the brighter side 😊
